NEW YORK, 3rd Feb. Considerable amusement was afforded upon the arrival of the Italian ConsulGeneral Zuinini at Chicago with credentials showing that he had been appointed "minister" to Chicago. He said Signor Mussolini had been very much affected by the heavily jewelled gold wreath sent to him by Italian Americans of the middle west, and the ministership was a tangible evidence of Mussolini's goodwill towards Chicago.
