MEXICAN CONSUL'S STATEMENTS

Doctor Fallon, Roman Catholic Bishop of London, Ontario, issued an open, letter to the Prime Minister protesting against Sfr Henry Thornton's visit as a "most disgraceful, indecent, and indefensible 'episode." Consul Barron, in a statement discussing the; expulsion of clergy in Mexico, said the church aided the revolt against the' Government. It is understood the matter will be raised in Parliament.
