CHRTSTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD DEBENTURES In view of the gilt-edged nature of tho investment, Christchurch Drainage Hoard debentures are declared by law to be' a trustee investment. Interest is payable on them by the Board at 5i per cent,, free of exchange, at any branch of the Bank of New Zealand within the Dominion. Debentures will be. issued in denominations of £IOO, £SOO or £IOOO, at the option of the purchaser, and the application money will be received at the office of the Board, 198 Hereford street, Christchurch, by cash, bank draft, or marked cheque. A brokerage of ten shillings per cent, will ho paid to members of recognised Stock Exchanges and to banks and solicitors doing business in the Dominion on sales actually completed by them. Tn view of the fact that the amount of the loan is very limited and ih.'it. there has been a heavy rush of applications for these debentures, early application is recommended if disappointment is to be avoided.
