EMPIRE THEATRE SYD. CHAPLIN AS "OLD BILL" The rise of Syd. Chaplin, who portrays, the role of "Old Bill" in Bi-.ice Bairnsfaflier's 'The Better 'Ole," the Warner Exceptional Master Picture now showing at the Empire Theatre, is one of the most interesting stories, that the picture industry has to offer. Under the war helmet, of' "Old Bill" lies a brain, that for sheer shrewdness of judgment lias few equals, and even fewer superiors in the industry. 'To-morrow night at the Empire, Buster Keaton will be seen in a recital of fun in the wild woolly west entitled "Go West." The box plans are now open at Frederick Cull's music shop.
