The Archbishop of Canterbury, wishing to see the Prime Minister but suffering from a chill, Mr Baldwin visited Lambeth Palace and' learned from the decision of the bishops that it was clear that if and when the new Prayer Book is submitted to the House of Commons a situation of great interest will arise.
