AGAINST A POLICE TRAP (United Press Association) WELLINGTON", 13th Jan. Allegations by the police that one Valentino has been warning motorists that they were running into a police irap resulted in Valentine being charged iu court to-day with attempting to obstruct a constable in the execution of his duty. l The magistrate refused to dismiss, the case as trivial, but said that if Putnam (appearing for defendant) wished to look into legal authorities he would give him time.
