(To the Editor) Sir.—Living on the Moutere Hills wc had a glorious view last night at 10 o’clock of the comet. It was almost due south until about 10.30, when it suddenly disappeared until tins morning about 3 o’clock, when T awoke, and we again bad .another view. It was in the same direction as on Monday morning at '2.30, when wc had our first view of same. I consider it was S.S.E. then, and ibis morning.—l am, etc-., TIIOS. ITALES STRAHAN.
