PORT MINIATURE RIFLE CLUB
WIND DP DANCE PRESENTATION OF PRIZES To celebrate the closing of the indoor miniature rifle shooting season and to provide a suitable occasion for the presentation of the year s prizes the Port Nelson Miniature Rifle Club held a- very ■successful dance in the Rowing Club shed at the Port last night. There were about 50 couples present, which was all the more pleasing because the proceeds of the dance are to he given to the bea Scouts and the Rowing Club. After supper the prizes were presented bv Mr T- Johnston and each successful rifleman was loudly applauded as he came forward.
