FORTNIGHTLY PUBLICATION IN LONDON (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association) LONDON, 29th Nov. As the result of co-operation of New Zealand journalists in London, the "New Zealand News" has commenced a fortnightly publication. Sir James Parr, in a foreword, says "We've grown sufficiently to have our own viewpoint expressed in London."
