CAROLIST MOVEMENT
A NAVAL OFFICER ARRESTED

BUCHAREST, BtK Nov. A Rumanian naval officer, Lieutenant Tcodoru, was arrested on the frontier while motoring from Paris. Documents were concealed- in the car similar to the circumstances of Manoilescu, whose trial begins on Thursday.
