Mr E. Davidson was appointed manager and referee for the senior representative team to visit Westport; and Mr • R.;J. B. Smith was.appointed likewise for junior representative team. The secretary was appointed manager of the ladies representative team to visit Takaka, with Mrs Hands as chaperone. . Tne ; Moutere Clubs,(ladies' and men's) are to bo invited to send teams to play at Nelson on 18th June. .It was decided that when the marking out of playing fields involves a fun day's labour, time sheet must be submitted. Considerable discussion took place regarding the Federal Juniors having played an unregistered player; and the secretary was instructed to caution the Club • against doing so in future. THe secretary advised that there.was every, possibility. of the schools championship tournament starting on Saturday, ll.th June. A motion was passed cdmiflending the secretary for his effort in' this connection.
