CONFLICTING VIEWS
BERLIN, 25th May. Tlie "Tagliche Rundsehau" paper generally regarded as expressing Dr. Stresmann's views, expresses the opinion that the Anglo-Russian break has no great foreign political importance. Germany does not intend to depart from the treaty of neutrality towards Russia.
The Nationalist paper "Boresen Zeitung" declares that the rupture is the signal for intensification of international tension and preparation for a settlement of difficulties by war.
