FOR DOMINIONS GRADUATES

The American organisation of the Commonwealth fund which provides fellowships of Hie value of 3000 dollars a year tenable for two years at American universities by British graduates, established three extra for men from the dominions. H. I. Coombs, of Adelaide, was appointed to the Rockefeller Institute for physiology, and Archibald McDougall, of Tasmania, to Columbia University for law.
