DROWNED IN WANGANUI RIVER

TAUMARUNUI, 28th Dec
The body of Thomas McKenna, who was drowned in the Wangariui River on 6th December, was recovered a mile below the scene of the fatality. At the inquest a verdict of accidentally drowned was returned.
