LAUNCH ON FIRE
MEMBER OF CREW BURNED
(United Press Association.J AUCKLAND, This Day. While tlie launch Rewhiti was lying in Mansion Bay, Kawau Island, on Sunday morning she suddenly hurst into flames. When endeavouring to check (lie outbreak J. M. Pine’s ,(a member, of the crew) clothes caught, fire and his arm was badly burned liefore he jumped Overboard to save himself. He was taken to the hospital and is progressing satisfactorily. Yachtsmen scuttled the Rewhiti,' and later raised her and towed her to Auckland.
