FURTHER CHARGES WITHDRAWN (United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day The Odlin case was a"J*u n ' mentioned in the .Magistrate's Court to-day. Mr Tudhope, counsel for the Taxation Department ,after referring to Odlin having been fined £4OO, also the compajiy, skid it> was felt the ends of justice would he met if the remaining eight charges against C. C. Odlin wero withdrawn, as thev were in respect of the same acts and transactions as already dealt with. The charges were withdrawn accordingly.
