By increasing the supply of electricity in phonofilms, by which sounds and pictures are produced simultaneously, and of which the Conservative Party lias secures.! the sole rights for political pur. poses, the volume of sound can be increased sufficiently to blot out heckling. The “Daily News.” a Liberal paper, congratulates tile Conservatives on securing phonofilms, which will introduce an entirely new factor in political campaigning.
