I'rincinal decreases are.—lmports: Wood !M .d iiinher £1.175,000; raw cottor £1.270.000: oil. seeds, etc., £1.182,000. rubber £1.193,000; exports of coal £3.656,000; iron and steel manufacture.' £1,686.000: cotton varus and manufactures £5.505,000.
