I’liQ “Dailv News’’ Berlin correspondent states that .tin* ‘Tagoblntt's” Hague correspondent asserts that the ex-Kaiser is determined to return to Germany and live in Hamburg Castle owing to illhealth -and the intolerable Dutch climate. It, is reported that he conferred with the Dutch Minister of'the'lnterior in tins connect ion, and has also sounded Howling Street through highly placed persons regarding the British attitude. (Rec.
