Mr Bundle, S.M., gave judgment this morning in a case, the Health Department v. the Waitaki Dairy Company, convicting the company on two charges of selling butter containing more than 16 per cent, water. The Magistrate suggested that- similar -easeg against three retailors be withdrawn, and this question, together with that of the penalty against the Waitaki Company, was adjourned till November 12th.
