J. Collins. Mr Fell presented a detailed report as to the various roads in the Dove dule-N'galimoli district with recommendations as to signposts. Mr Fell was heartily thanked and his recommenda tions were adopted with the addition of another post. The matter was left in the hands of the secretary to attend to, and if necessary to call upon the sign posting sub-committee. About 16 posts were authorised and should he of great assistance to those driving in these dis tricts. Mr Scant lebury presented a report on the West Coast' main road, for which he was accorded hearty thanks, and the matter was referred to the secretary for attention. As to warning posts on the Tophouse Road, the matter was left, in the hands of Mr Rout and the Secretary to ecu suit with Mr Baxter, of Tophouse. In regard to N'brris Cully Bridge, itwars decided to write to the Waimea County Council pointing out that it was not so much the narrowness of the bridge that was taken exception to as the fact that there was no guide or railing indicating that a bridge was there. It was resolved to write to the Waimea County Council asking that an old biidgc on the Tophouse Road should be fenced off ,to avoid the possibility of persons taking the wrong bridge in error. ' Regarding Poplar Corner at Happy Valley, it was resolved to endeavour to arrange for the President, and Mr Rout to interview .Mr Walcrhousc on the spot. It was decided to write to the publishers as to the cost and possibility of issuing a map similar to the last one.
