A specially appointed Adjudicator will judge on their merits ALL entries received. 2. Points will be awarded for approximate correctness of replies conforming nearest to those written out, sealed, and in the Adjudicator's possession, and for literary skill, neatness, punctuation, etc. 3. No answer to any one question must exceed thirty words. . 4. The First Prize will be awarded to the competitor gaining most points; the Second and Third Prizes will go to those competitors next in order of points secured. 5.
