Albert Edward Duncan, a painter, aged 28, and James Arthur Frosty’a • ■ barman, aged 44, were committed for " trial by Mr Page, S.M., on charges of' -* breaking and entering the shop "of ' Joseph McCabe,- Ghuznee' Street, bynight and stealing goods and money to ' the value of £1 10s, of attempting to break and enter the warehouse of Robert Crawford, and of having an instrument' for house-breaking in their possession.
