It is debaleable if the policeman's lot will become happier under the proposal of the Anti-Blasphemy League that the police be given authority to collect a small line from anybody heard swearing in the streets. Royally, the Pope, and .Mussolini are supporting the campaign and it is expected n Bill on these lines will shortly be introduced.
