(To The Editor.) Sir,—Ali footballers recognise, it its a great honour to be selected i>n the Sodden Shield team. Judging by the letters recently showing the difference In the selection by critics, I would suggest to the Nelson Rugby Union that three good test games between A and B teams, using Nelson and Old Boys colours be played, same as is done in other centres, to givo some of the noilselected players a chance to play their wav into the team’s final seceltion.
