RECEIVING ORDER ISSUED

LONDON, June 17
Mr Ashmead-llartlett against whom a receiving order was issued at the instance of a money-lender, estimates liis debts at £IO,OOO. He attributes his position to extravangance, heavy interest on borrowed money and the cost of fighting the elections. It is revealed that when lie was engaged as war correspondent he was paid £2OOO yearly.
