Firemen's Association called of! the strike and employees were instructed to present themselves for work to-morrow in order to have the mines ready for resumption on Monday, when the conference will be resumed. Mr Hibble announced the terms ot the settlement as previously cabled, and said, he was anxious that all mines should recommence , on the same day. The conference then adjourned till tomorrow to enable the owners and men to complete details. WHAT THE 'STRIKE COST .'/ 'I SYDNEY. This Day. .
