JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL SYSTEM (United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. ’The Council of Education resumed to-day. Dr. Marsden, Assistant-Director of Education, said probably it would take seven or eight years to change over to the junior high school system, hut during the interregnum mueh might he done to formulate a definite scheme of unification. A start had been made by reorganising the secondary school examinations to provide for a gradually broadening of the change. Tito Council went into committee to discuss tentative proposals.
