PREMIER SEDDON
TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF DEATH (United Press Association.) , WELLINGTON, This Day. The annual ceremony of placing wreaths on the Seddon Monument was carried out to-day, the twentieth anniversary of his death. There, was a large attendance. Mr J, J. McGrath, on behalf ot admirers of the late Mr Seddon, invited the Hon. R. McKenzie to lay a wreath. Mr McKenzie eulogised his former chief and outlined his-humanitarian legislation.
