OVER A BANK
MOTOR PARTY'S MIRACULOUS ESCAPE 'Cnite-i Press Association./ TAUMARUMUI, 'This Day. A motor ear containing live people, vent over a steep bunk and fell nearly (SO feet at Tckoura, near Ongarue, at 4.30 yesterday afternoon. The occupants, Mr and Mrs Longden and their two children, and Mrs T. Brake, had a miraculous escape from death, Mrs Longden suffered injuries to a leg necessitating her removal v.o Tanmarunui Hospital, but otherwise was not seriously hurt. The other occupants escaped with.bruises, minor cuts, and severe shaking. The car, which somersaulted two or three times, was badly damaged.
