12TH REGIMENT BAND
TO-NIGHT’S PUBLIC MEETING A meeting of citizens will be held at the Institute this evening at .H o'clock for. till' purpose of considering the question of placing the 12th Regiment Band on a better footing and the encouragement of young players. The meeting should he well attended as there is scarcely a local society or association that is not indebted to the 12th Regiment Band for gratuitous services rendered.. The band has always been ready to assist at all functions having a worthy object, and it is therefore hoped that there will he a good attendance of the public at to-night’s- meeting.
