CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE HOARD DEBENTURES Those people who have so far delayed in applying for the Christchurch Drainage Board Debentures should make their applications as quickly as possible because at the rate at which the Loan is being taken up it will not be long before the whole of the £200,000 is subscribed. There could nqt possibly be a more attractive proposition to the genuine investor than these Debentures which are offered at per cent, interest, the security being a special rate of one farthing in the £ on the capital value of an area valued at £16,566,100, and a l|d in the £ on the capital value of an area valued at £7,167,696, comprising practically the whole of the city of Christchurch and a lajige portion of its suburbs.
