July 17 A White Paper ban been issued containing correspondence relating to the position of the dominions in regard to the Heneva Protocol, comprising telegrams exchanged between the Colonial .Secretary and the l lovernors-Cietieral of the dominions, the Irish Free State, and the Governor of Newfoundland, between 21st November 1924 and 26th June. 1925. covering the Imperial Government's' inquiries in regard to the possibility of arranging a. special Imperial conference to discuss questions arising j'riiin the protocol which was found to bo impossible: also telegrams detailing the ilmiiiiiiims" objections to the Protocol and approving of the Imperial Cabinet's decision not to accept it. .Jgfr
