At a meeting of Kaye and Carter, Ltd., the liquidators’ recommendation that 14/- in the £ ho paid to unsecured creditors in full settlement was approved. The liquidators’ report showed a deficiency of £55,000. Their recommendations were adopted unanimously and appreciation of the Bank of New Zealand s action in the matter was expressed.
