CAPETOWN, July 15.
At Rafue, beyond the Zambesi, the northernmost point of the Prince of Wales’s tour, an exciting incident occurred. While 11 io Prince was seated at. a lunch table, a rushbui.lt pavilion where children were assembled, caught lire. The Prince left his seat and dashed across the intervening space of 60 yards, and forcing his way through the grass walls found the pavilion a mass of tlam.es. lie tuck an active part in tight mg the flames and did not leave till ins learned that all tile children were safe. The pavilion .was entirely destroyed. As he returned to lunch the whole gathering gave the Prince a splendid ovation.
