A tragic comedy was disclosed in the prosecution of a mother and son who were charged with destroying tlie latter's dead wife's will. ITaysee, a cattle dealer, and his mother went to a notary's office to learn the terms of the wife’s will. They were astonished to find that it contained a clause disinheriting Fray.sec. In an angry scene t’ho mother suddenly - snatched the will from the notary and" gave it to the son, who crumpled it up and put it in his mouth and swallowed it, before the astonished lawyer was able to prevent him. traysee and the mother were arrested.
