STUDYING CONDITIONS IN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Professor Takapuki who is attached to several universities in Japan arrived in Sydney on a mission from the Japaneee home office to study social, labour, and charitable systems and organisations. After spending about six weeks in Australia the professor proceeds to New Zealand.
