FRENCH BUDGET
A DIFFICULT PASSAGE

PARIS, July 13
In the Chamber the Socialist’s again opposed when the Budget, was eventually carried by 421 to 150 substantially as amended by the Senate. The Bill is now being bandied about between the Houses, which were still sitting at 6.15 this morning, when it was returned to the Senate for the sixth time.
AGREEMENT REACHED
PARIS, July 13
An agreement between the Senate and Chamber was reached, when the budget \va.... tiiiallv approved. Both Houses adjourned for the summer recess.

Prima facie results of the Parliamentary debates last night are. a rupture of the Left Blue and the creation of a new Government majority; acquisiton of a free hand hv the Government to pursue the campaign in Morocco if Abd el Kiiin rejects the Frnneo-Spanish terms; and to negotiate a settlement of the question of inter-Allied debts by the autumn.
Budget estimates are:—Revenue 33 150.000.000 francs; expenditure, 33.137, 000.000 francs.
