LONDON, July 11
Rubber is still advancing and has leached (lie record price for recent years of four shillings a, pound. Quota ti me as far ahead as .1927 are now given .it 22 a pound. The inevitable result has been a revival in rubber shares, whirl? gives an indication of developing into a real bear.
The only cheek |o wider dealings than are at present taking place, is the, scarcity of shares. Genuine holders, are unwilling to sell out even at current- advanced prices. It is anticipated thatthe continuance of the present, bullish market will result in the creation of numerous new rubber companies, and probable a boom reminiscent- of that, ol 1910.
