DEATH SENTENCE
ON GERMAN STUDENTS AT MOSCOW

BERLIN, July 11
A German official .analysis of the Moscow trial of Kindergmann and ethers characterises the death sentences as a miscarriage of justice, but admits that the prisoners were guity of certain misdemeanours. Germany expects the affair to be settled By the expulsion of the accused. Meantime the suspension of the executions is announced from Moscow, pending consideration of petitions of mercy.;
