LEAGUE FOOTBALL
COLONIALS’ VISIT TO ENGLAND
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright,) (Sun Cable.)
! LONDON, ! Jan. 16. The Daily News considers the Australians will not be annoyed at the Rugby League decision postponing the visit because players of an international calibre are at present few. It hopes the Australians will come in 1926, but they may object to following the New Zealanders. The paper points out that tiv? New Zealanders, unlike the Australians who pay their own way, must be subsidised, but in view of the All Blacks’ wonderful record and the possibility that some of the All Black heroes will ho included in the professional team there will bo plenty of support.
