Put in the prunes and almonds. Mis flour with a little prune water and add to pie with lemon juice. Lastly add the milk (sugar if required). Cover with pastry, fasten edges securely together, and glaze. Bake in moderate oven IS hours. HIGHLANDER MILK ICING 1 breakfast cup Sugar ; J oz. Butter J breakfast cup Highlander Milk, undiluted. Boil all together about seven minutes, keeping the mixture well stirred. Add essence and beat till creamy. While hot spread over the cake with a knife. If the icing becomes granular, add a little more milk.
