It is officially announced in Dublin that two officers of the Free State army were suspended and twenty-five noncommissioned officers,-sixteen men; -and - several Civil Servants wero dismissed, it is believed .as the result of a conspiracy against the Government following on the measures taken to suppress the recent 'mutiny. According to Nairobi reports important, decisions were taken at the East African National Congress of Indians. It was resolved to enter into full co-opera-tion with Europeans for three years in the hope that permanent co-operation may bo ensured. The decision embraces participation in Parliamentary and municipal government on a fixed basis; the abandonment of the non-co-operation policy ; and an agreement to pay the poll tax.
