LONDON, August 14. A meeting of creditors in the estato of Major Wilson, the boxing promoter, elicited the fact that in order to carry out contests at the Albert Hall and Olympia, Major Wilson resorted to the moneylenders, whom he now owes £6OOO. The Official Deceiver announced that the proved debts amount to £12,000, and the assets arc practically nil. Counsel feared that there was a poor prospect of any funds from the Gibbons-Bloomfteld fight. Major Wilson lost £7O(X) in the Siki-Beckett and Beckett-Carpenlcr ventures. The creditors appointed a . trustee to the estate.
