3 tablespoons Flighlander Sweetened Milk (undiluted) 1 dessertspoon Vinegar 1 egg (hard boiled) :[ teaspoon Mustard 1 teaspoon Sugar ;j- teaspoon Salt 1 tinned Lobster or shelled Crayfish (chopped up) Crush yolk of egg and sugar together in basin, add salt, pepper and vinegar, then put in Highlander Sweetened Milk. Pour over Lobster and serve garnished. It preferred thin, add a tablespoonful of water. For Salad Dressings, use the same recipe, omitting the Lobsler or Crayfish.
