At the Supreme Court sentences were passed as follow: Cyril Louis Wilson, convicted of the wrongful conversion of £l9O, was admitted to pi-obation for 12 months and ordered to pay £25 towards cost of prosecution within threo months, and repay full amount of promissory note, £222, within nine months thereafter; Robert Ballantyne Barnett, five years on each of* two charges of incest, sentences to be concurrent.
