ACTION AGAINST FLOUR MILLERS
(Unit.i.l Press Association.> DUNEDIN, Aug. 15 In connect ion with the action in which lie Crown claims £SOO from a number of hour millers under the Commercial Trusts Act, application was made this morning by the Crown for the disclosure of the balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and private ledgers. Mr Jusitco Sim held that the granting of the order .would to an extent prejudice the case. The Crown would have to prove conclusively that the documents were material. The application was dismissed.
