WELLINGTON, This Day. Afr. Vcitch’s Painters and Decorators Bill was referred to the Labour Bills Committee, the Alinister of Labour stating he would have to consider the point raised by All - Fraiser that in it should be embodied the decisions of the International Coiigress at Geneva.
