ANGLO-SOVIET NEGOTIATIONS
BREAKING OFF EXPECTED

The Daily Telegraph hints that the Soviet may break off the London negotiations before the British Government. The Telegraph adds that Rakovskv before leaving for Moscow is alleged to have circularised his colleagues in other European capitals saving that the delegation bad been treated with jpontempt. “The creditors have put us against the wall. 1 will recommend an ultimatum and that the delegation be ordered to leave London at the earliest.”
