The City of Kweilin has been closely besieged for over three mouths. Twenty J?ri.ti.sli and American missionaries are there. It Is reported that the population is in the last stages of famine. No news has been received from thovmisskmnries.
The Foreign Office stales that lour missionaries were captured when trying to roach Kweilin from AYuchow. They started against official advice, and walked opeh-eved into u bandit lair.
